Clearwater Police Department Report Number SR3.1 RA5b: "This report is concerning conversations with police officials of the Australian Government, Los Angeles Consulate General Office. Mr. Millwird was inquiring about the Scientology organization and its practices. After a conversation concerning some Scientology activities, I, (Lt. Emmons), advised Mr. Millwird on what documents to obtain and where to get them. Most of these documents mentioned are public policies of the Scientology organization."
