Peter Alexander says that the org cannot repay the money he had on account

The LRH Policy on refunds says that they will be "immediate" and on demand. The reality is a little different. Forty five days ago, I asked for a repayment (not even a refund) of money I had on account at several orgs. After about a month of letter writing and constant telephone calls, I did get a portion of my money back. But now I am being told that another org--the ship--which owes me money "doesn't have enough" to refund my advance payment. I'm told by a former sea org finance member that this may be true--apparently CSI (the head office) strips the money out of each org every week--leaving them constantly broke. I'm now realizing that this may be a perpetual problem--they may never have the money in that particular org. This is part of the "shell game" that they play with the many separate legal entities that make up the Church. I just think that people who are getting into Scientology, and are being quoted this "money back guaranteed" policy, should know about these things.

Thanks,

Peter N. Alexander
