The County Court of Dijon Condemns Narconon Exec in Dorfmann Case January 9, 1987 The County Court of Dijon, condemns the director-assistant of the Narconon center of Grangey-on-Ource for nonassistance to someone in danger in the death of Jocelyne Dorfmann. Dorfmann had been in long-term treatment for epilepsy. While on the Narconon program, she suffered a seizure. She received no treatment for it, and died. The county court held Narconon responsible for her death.
