Emmons contacts Assistant Crown Attorney S. Casey Hill regarding the Scientology investigation and attendant charges made by his office and the Ontario Provincial Police. Emmons asks Hill why their office did not charge high-ranking Scientologists with fraud or conspiracy charges as Emmons was lead to believe would happen.
