Three Scientologists - Jaqueline Kevenaar, Joan, and Edward - visit Alex and Ariane Jackson to discuss the Jacksons' alleged breaches of confidentiality and their complaints against Scientology. The Jacksons refuse to let them in, but they end up having a conversation through a window. The Scientologists admit they've been reading the Jacksons' auditing folders.
