Scientology sues their former lawyer, Joseph Yanny, claiming he violated the attorney-client privilege. Their suit also says that of the $1.8-million Yanny's firm billed the sect in four years, a substantial portion was padded or fraudulent. And they said that Yanny performed incompetent work "while under the influence of drugs and alcohol."
