No Injunction Against Bare-Faced Messiah

Mr. Justice Bud Cullen denies Scientology's request for an injunction against the Canadian publication of "Bare-Faced Messiah." In Judge Cullen's 10-page judgement, he describes Scientology's founder as an author of "outlandish, foolish, vicious, racist writings" and observes approvingly of statements by a British High Court justice Latey that Scientology is "both immoral and socially obnoxious" as well as "corrupt, sinister and dangerous".
