Oregon Court of Appeals denies motions by two California affiliates of the Church of Scientology to intervene as defendants in Martin Samuels' $60 million lawsuit against L. Ron Hubbard. The decision by the court upholds a ruling by Multnomah County Circuit Judge Charles Crookham.
