Scientology Lies

Clearwater Sergeant Emmons reports: "The Ontario Provincial Police and the Ontario Crown Attorneys Office "laid" charges against several local (Toronto) Scientologists. The charges "laid" were not of the scope it was supposed, i.e., fraud and conspiracies against some Scientology top management. Refer to Report Number SR3.1 R (0-7). This action or rather lack of action caused Mr. Caddy and I, (Lt. Emmons), to re-evaluate our case presentation efforts. It was decided to wait and present our case to the Federal authorities after I, (Lt. Emmons), had received accountant, Joe Zier's, report on the financial analysis of the Scientology organization and the attendant fraudulent practices. Negotiations were begun to receive this report."
