Judge Garrity Requires Van Schaick Undergo Psychiatric Evaluation

U.S. District Court Judge W. Arthur Garrity threatens to dismiss Lavenda Van Schaick's lawsuit if she does not submit to a psychiatric examination as ordered by the court. He ordered her to pay reasonable expenses, including attorney's fees, for her failure to cooperate during a court-ordered psychiatric interview.
