Clearwater Police Lieutenant Emmons is informed by Chief Investigator Robert Somers of the Pinellas/Pasco State Attorney's Office that he (Somers) is asking his superior to terminate the task force investigation. Emmons is reassigned to the Clearwater Police Department to continue the Scientology investigation.
