Scientology's International Chief Justice, SP declare, suppressive, church. Among, Toronto, occurred: Kathy Gilbert, Emile Gilbe

Date: February 16, 1983
Scientology's International Chief Justice issues an SP declare, declaring eight persons to be suppressive, and expelling them from the church. Among them were six people who had held high positions in the church during the period when the alleged Toronto breach of trust and theft offences occurred: Kathy Gilbert, Emile Gilbert, Bryan Levman, Rosi Levman, Gary Jepson, and Donna Jepson. After Canadian police seized a copy of this document, they approached these individuals as part of their investigation. However, the information they gained by this was later declared inadmissable.
