Scientology Lies

Clearwater Police Department Report Number SR3.1 RW-3 by R. Emmons. The report concerns Marjorie Wakefield, who wanted to cooperate with local officials and give them information about the Scientology organization and her adventures as a Scientologist. The State Attorney's officials present were skeptical of Ms. Wakefield's motives in coming forward about Scientology information. During the meeting, Sgt. Emmons asked the Assistant State's Attorney, Paul Meissner, about getting past Clearwater Police Department reports concerning Scientology to place in police department files. Meissner said he would have to check with his superior. Meissner later told Emmons he could review reports and take notes, but he could not copy these reports due to the restrictions of the Public Information Law.
