Two days before sentencing in the Snow White case, Scientology lawyers file a recusal motion against Judge Richey was filed. They claim that the judge's response to their courtroom tactics and threats the judge has received show that the judge is prejudiced against Scientologists - effectively trying to penalize the judge for their own misbehavior.
