Church, Boston, Michael Flynn, Lavenda Van Schaick case. It, Van Schaick paid, history

Date: September 11, 1979
Church of Scientology of Boston writes to attorney Michael Flynn about the Lavenda Van Schaick case. It says that they would be willing to refund about half of the money Van Schaick paid, and suggests that she should not sue for the rest of the funds because she had an extensive drug history, had "three abortions", had "attempted suicide", had severe mental problems, and had signed an agreement never to sue the Church of Scientology or the Hubbards.
