Mitchell Hermann reminds Mary Rezzonico, the Deputy Guardian for Legal Affairs in the US, that "it is still planned to get Silver [Wolfe] out here for briefing prior to the meeting" which Wolfe had scheduled with the United States Attorney's Office. He expresses Wolfe's concern that the US Attorney's Office would attempt to strike a deal with him to become a government witness.
