This is an investigative report regarding personnel files from AMC Publishing, where Lisa McPherson worked for several years.

                                  INVESTIGATIVE REPORT

   This investigative report is regarding investigative assistance provided by the Florida Department
   of Law Enforcement (FDLE) to the Clearwater Police Department (CPD) who are investigating the
   suspicious death of LISA McPHERSON W/F 02/10/1959.

   On Thursday March 20 1997 Detective (Det.) Jorge Carrasquillo of CPD and Special Agent (SA)
   Sharon L. Feola of FDLE responded to AMC Publishing Company and served the following
   subpoena's to company owner Bennetta Slaughter:

               1)       Request for all AMC Publishing employees during the time frame 1 January
                        1995 to December 31, 1995.

               2)       Request for personnel file on Victim LISA McPHERSON.

   Both subpoena duces tecum were signed by Bennetta Slaughter, as receiver, and the originals
   were returned to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.

   The following items will be maintained in the 1A section of the case file:

          1) Photocopy of subpoena regarding LISA McPHERSON's personnel file.

   *Note: Subpoena requesting information regarding AMC Publishing employees was returned to
   the Clerk of Court prior to photocopying.
